The focus is on meaningful time together - sharing our love for musical theater, exploring remarkable destinations, and experiencing the creative spark that comes from being somewhere that takes your breath away.

Built on experience
Spotlight has been created by a team with a long history of producing exclusive destination retreats and live events around the world. Over the past six years, more than 500 guests have joined nine destination retreats across four continents, with previous experiences spanning South Africa, Alaska, Hawaii, Tuscany, Egypt, Mexico City, Japan and Greece.
That expertise is at the heart of Spotlight. From selecting exceptional destinations and trusted local partners to managing the countless details behind the scenes, our team understands what it takes to bring a group together somewhere extraordinary and create an experience worthy of the journey.
From the moment you arrive, the details have been considered - accommodation, dining, safari adventures, performances and transfers are brought together into one carefully curated journey.
The musical program is led by Spotlight Music Director Adam Howard, an accomplished musician and industry professional whose career spans classical performance, live music and audio production, working with some of the biggest names in entertainment. Adam trained at London's world-renowned Guildhall School of Music & Drama. As Spotlight's Music Director, he works closely with the team on the ground and visiting artists to bring the musical side of each retreat to life - from the musicians and arrangements to the unique performances created for each destination.
